Consumer dispute resolution
The service is offered exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB; no consumer contracts are concluded. There is no reference to the European Commission's former ODR platform: it was discontinued by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and shut down on 20 July 2025.
Should consumer contracts nevertheless arise: we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36(1), (3) VSBG).
